[SOLVED] Upgrade to 2.1.2 from 1.11.9

Hi folks, sorry but I'm way behind the times. I'm running 1.11.9 and want to get up to date.
Assuming I can't leap from 1.11.9 to 2.1.2 which packs should I install before 2.1.2.
