News module: docs on templates

Can someone point me to documentation on how templates work in the News module? I can't find any.

The specific question I have at the minute (but no doubt I'll have more later) is how I can specify which detail template goes with each article (preferably per-category). I assume this must be possible otherwise why have more than one template.

You can find instructions in the News modules Help, under extensions > modules or in the news modules admin there is a link to the Help..
