Error message with CGContentUtils [SOLVED]

Just installed CGContentUtils and am noticing the following error on the top right corner of the module config panel in the CMS Admin.

"Cannot verify integrity of CGContentUtils. There is no checksum data"

Is this anything I should worry about?

I'm on CMS2.1.1 and installed CGContentUtils 2.1
