Best way to implement download link form

Hi,
I've just implemented a mechanism to provide the end user with a download link to our SW by email but I am not sure if this is a good implementation in CMSMS:

I've created:
1. A form in FormBuilder that requires end user's name and email.
2. In the form there are 2 fields defined: a name input field and an '*Email "From Address" Field, and send copy' field that actually sends the email with download link after submission
3. A new page template for page ad 4)
4. A page where FormBuilder tag is added and where the end user is redirected when he wants to download the SW
5. Another simple page where FormBuilder redirects the user after successful submission, showing just a message "Please check your mailbox for download link".

This works quite OK but there are some questions:
1. The product link is hardcoded in the Email template of the '*Email "From Address" Field, and send copy' field. And this requires new form for each product. Is there some way to pass the Email template to FormBuilder tag as parameter?
2. Or the above implementation is wrong and I should use another method?
