CompanyDirectory cuts content at &

Hi,

after moving to a new server, on editing a company the content of the details-field gets cutted at &. Like when the content contains ä the content isn't saved after that. This problem only appears with the companydirectory module. Any suggestions why this happens?

CMS-Version 2.0.1.1
CompanyDirectory 1.22.12
CGExtensions 1.49.11
CompanyDirectory 1.22.12
PHP-Version (phpversion) 5.6.14
Server-Datenbankversion (server_db_version) 5.5.46
