[SOLVED] Can`t access images in file manager. 403 forbidden

Hi

Suddenly I can no longer access the images in different folders inside the file manager in admin. Have no idea why. It has worked for years. I now get an 403 error saying "Forbidden - Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

Does anyone have a clue that can point me in the right direction? I guess that it has something to do with server settings inside C-panel? I have the same problem on two different installations on the same server. It`s a lite speed server.

PHP version 5.4.45
MySQL version 5.6.23
Linux, Apache version 2.4.10

Check the apache error log. Perhaps mod_rewrite

There are no errors in the error log. Could it have anything to do with settings I have done inside admin, or maybe some setting in .htaccess or the config file? I use pretty urls so the mod_rewrite is on.

I contacted my server webhost and asked for help. They fixed it. It was a firewall rule on the server that reacted to actions from my IP-address. This was wrong and was disabled.
