Can't choose files in microtiny

In 2.0.0.1 I am intermittently unable to pick files if I am inserting images into a microtiny page. When I click on the insert file icon and then go to use the file choice interface it redirects me to the log on page for the web site.

I have popups enabled for the site?
It started when I tried to set up an editor who could also upload files. But despite multiple cache clearances, the problem exists for the admin user even though all permissions are granted to admin.

It seems to clear after a few hours, but it's making assigning permissions to my editor pretty much impossible.


Any ideas?
