Error Opening News Pages on CMSMS Version 2.0.1.1

We just installed CMSMS version 2.0.1.1 and are using the standard
NCleanBlue design. The News Module is version 2.50.1.

The news module is visible by default, and we are able to add news articles. However, when we click the title link or 'more' link from the News section on the website, we get a 'Not Found - The requested URL was not found on this server' error.

Any ideas on what I need to check?

Update: OK, I couldn't figure this one out, but I switched over to the Simplex template, edited it, and the news is working fine. So, I guess it was an issue with the other theme. Thanks!
