Login issues

After I moved install folders my login page wants to take me to the original install folder.

I moved directories from /upgrade to the /root folder

When I go to the login in page it takes me to "http://www.ohioymcayig.org/admin/..." after I put the user name and password in and click submit, it wants to take me to the "http://www.ohioymcayig.org/upgrade/admin/..." folder

I have the paths set correctly in the Config file...

Anything else? I am at wits end.

Clear the CMSMS cache and check your config.php file for proper paths.

look for config['root_path'] for example and be sure it is not set as such. Also be sure your htaccess doesn't have an incorrect rewrite base directive.
