Installation failure of 2.0.1.1 at step 4

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Installation failure of 2.0.1.1 at step 4

I am trying to install the latest version on a clean subdomain and get this error:

Fatal Error

unable to write file /tmp/m691d0c971f13bf915d617fe748d5f0a1/templates_c/wrt5615ae3bad5c0

Any ideas? The default directory is writeable to all.
