CMSMS 2.0 Urlpath, path incorrect

The logo of the test page doesn't come through and the url is incorrect

/images/cmsmadesimple-logo.png
should be
/uploads/simplex/images/cmsmadesimple-logo.png




also content variable doesn't show the content i need to remove it and replace it with {content} to show the content.

in the head the meta charset is static and the variable crashed the site.
<meta charset="utf-8">


Any clue what directory is invalid ? or what the problem of this general issue is?
