CMSMS 2 + MLECms + Formbuilder - bug initialize

Hello,

I install cmsms v2 + MLECms 1.11.5 + Formbuilder

There is a bug in the initialization: the order of the module init is not good. The order is
1. Formbuilder
2. MleCms

So it's not the mle_detector (CmsLanguageDetector) that is used

is there a possibility to define the order of module ?

The second bug : If i uninstall Formbuilder, I have a blank page on the frontend. I remove the calling of formbuilder tag and clean the cache !
