How to get CGFeedMaker RSS feeds working without pretty URLs

How can I get RSS feeds working with the CGFeedMaker module on a site that does not have pretty URLs enabled because it is using the MLE multi-language module? Has anyone successfully been able to do this? I have seen a lot of issues surrounding the module not working well without pretty URLs but haven't seen that it is impossible to accomplish either. Is there another way to access the feed the CGFeedMaker generates?
