DTD Version Mismatch

I am getting DTD version mismatch whenever I try to import a new theme to my site.

I had imported this same theme on another 1.11.13 site without any problem so I'm not sure what's going on here. Any help appreciated.

Have you tried exporting on from your site then seeing the difference with the one you're trying to import, I think the DTD is right near the top...
