FrontEndUsers - User date property filled with current date

In FrontEndUsers 1.28, when I add one date field in user properties (for example for user's Birthday), if no date is selected, the current date is selected by default. It's not suitable.

then, there is no selected date by default, but, after form submission for create or edit user, when I go back to the edit user page, the date of birth of the user is 30 november 1999 by default.

How to avoid a false date recorded by default?
