Form Builder install problem

Regarding the Frombuilder.

I tried to install the formbuilder but is does not install it anymore, in fact no module can be installed anymore.

Even on sites I already installed modules it will not connec or even install modules. is there something wrong with the site where the modules come from or can I get the xml files from somewhere else?
