[Solved] Problem with File Manager with OneEleven Admin Temp

Post by mesaredo »

For some reason when I work with the OneEleven Admin Template the File Manager can't upload files. Image Manager works fine. (cms 1.11.11).

If I change Admin Template to NCleanGrey the File Manager works fine.

Some ideas why?

Thanks!

Can you be more specific? What exactly do you do and what does CMSMS do in response? Any error messages?

The system info you posted was 1.11.10.

Hello Paul:

I found that the problem is the server. I checked the behavior with other CMS installed on the same server (with CMS version 1.11.13) and all have the same problem. However installations on other servers, run ok.

Two problems I encountered.

The first is that it does not work uploading files through the File manager (not perform file transfer to server).

The second is the left menu. Accordion effect is lost and only the little icon on the left side of each section of the menu bar was active. If I click on the gray bar they dont open the menu section. I have to place the mouse over the left icon and then make click.

If I change the theme administrator to NCleanGray everything works perfect.

Probably is something in the webserver config.

Some ideas?

Regards.

I sometimes have your 2nd problem. This is resolved when the host turns off mod_security.
