How to retrieve my text in the CMSMS files ?

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

My CMSMS is crached and I would retrieve the text I typed in.
How to proceed ?

all content is in the database
Maybe you can still access the database with phpmyadmin or similar
