How to save the photo from the gallery on the site?

I need to keep the photo from the gallery "Gallery" on the site, created for CMS MS. When I click Save As , in the proposed list does not include the option to save the image, and only save as a web page or PDF.
Prompt, may have some other gallery module with the function of storing images .

If you're on Windows simply right click the image itself. You should then see an option to save the image.
