Simple password protect page

Hi all

I am looking for simple single page password protection. So, site administrators can add content and documents to a page on the site.

When a user of the website (not a site administrator) clicks on the link to that page, they are asked for a password before they can proceed.

It doesn't have to be ultra secure, just to deter the majority of people trying to access the page.

I have looked through the forums but I cannot seem to find a solution for this that is easy to implement - any advice gratefully accepted!
