Blank login page after brand new installation (v. 1.11.13)

Hi,
I try for two times to install the cms but then I can't login, because when I digit http://www.sitename.ext/admin it redirect to /admin/login.php but a blank page appears.

My system if PHP Version 5.5.21, Mysql 5.1.73, Apache server on linux (unknown versions).

The example pages installed with the CMS shows correctly.

I wrote the wrong versione in my previous post!
I mean v 1.11.12. I setup correctly, then it logs me in automatically in the admin panel.
If I logout I can't login anymore. I try to reinstall and it was the same.
The topic you suggested is not useful because I can't find that row in my include.php.
The installation is done with E_STRICT enabled and
system, popen, dl, passthru, proc_open, shell_exec disabled.
(I mean this two point are the only highlited with yellow mark in the configuration test).

I will try to upgrade to 1.11.13 and verify again as soon as possible

A blank page usually means a PHP error. Consult your php error logs and post the error message here, otherwise we can only try to guess...
