Sub-menu issue

Hello,

Oh gosh i am kind of afraid to ask this question, but surely need help...
This is my first time working with csm so please be gentle with me I am proud of what i have so far though.

My question:
When you look at my website all my submenu's start with didgets like: 3.1 or 3.2.

Can you please tell me how i can remove that? This is my website www.dharuba.com

Feel free to give me tips or advise.
