Geotargeting

I had no clue where to put this, and besides it's not particulary CMSMS related.

I've a .NL domain which is the main website and a .BE domain which is redirecting to .NL.

Now I want to display one or two paragraphs (only on the homepage) depending on the visitor's country. I've found out that this is called geotargeting, but I've no clue how to implement this in my website.
