NMS Module

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ////lib/classes/class.module.inc.php on line 1886

i am not sure what is going on with the NMS module. can someone help out please?

{cms_module module='NMS' mode="subscribe"} is what i have. what i want to do is to have the user fill in their email address (not necessarilty their name), click submit and hey presto! they are signed up

thats not whats happning at all
