Can't login after move to Windows server

Hi there,

I've moved two sites from linux to windows with similar versions of php/mysql. Both are plesk servers:

- 1 site is V1.9 and the other is latest version of CMSMS.

Both sites work fine but I cannot login. I enter the credentials, the wheel spins but nothing happens.

I've tried replacing the MD5 hash manually but that doesn't work.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I should add that doing fresh installs of CMSMS on Windows servers have no issues with login.

Anyone have any ideas for this?
