Import html file in CMSMS

I have a source code from a html5 website my brother made a some time ago and i would like to put in online again by using CMSMS. Atleast if i can.

Since i have no experience at all with CMS building, can i import a html file made with notepad or import the source code directly in CMS?

Not really.

You need to create template(s) in CMSMS which include {tags} for things like the page TITLE, content, etc.

It's not very hard, but it's not a simple copy and paste.
