Trouble with FeedbackForm Module - File Uploads

I'm using the FeedBack form module along with a file upload input field. However, when I attempt to run a test, I get an error message saying that I haven't satisfied the 'required field' for the file upload. The form can be found at:

It's likely to be a bug in FeedbackForm. I'd turn off the requirement for the field, so at least people can use the form.

Then again, you don't want to hire anyone who wouldn't upload their resume

FormBuilder doesn't actually have a file upload, since I thought that the Uploads module kind of took that job over, but your form makes me see I may need to reconsider that.
