Hi There,
I'm using CMSMS 1.11.11 with CGBlog 1.9.8. Also CGExtensions 1.31.1 and CGSimpleSmarty 1.5.2
I think I am missing something here. I've read this great Calguy post about the Fundamentals of CGBlog http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopi ... +browsecat However, I'm still a bit lost. I have a list of Categories in my sidebar and they are working fine. On the same template, I have a {content} tag and a {CGBlog} tag the my main content column. When I click on a Category Link, the {content} tag populates with the filtered CGBlog Summaries and the {CGBlog} tag displays current summaries, so I get a double up of content.
What am I doing wrong?
Brock

Re: CGBlog with Categories, content double-up
OK, cracked it. I was putting {content} and {CGBlog} tags into the template. Just put {CGBlog} inside the WhizzyWig on the news page itself and presto.
I don't like putting tags where clients can see them and try to avoid it if I can. A small failing of CMSMS? Maybe? Could it be that in future CMSMS pages are allowed to work without a {content} tag??
