"Quotes Made Simple" not appearing in user admin panel

I successfully installed "Quotes Made Simple" (quotesms) on an existing website, while I can edit and access the content through my user login, my client cannot. It doesn't even appear in her menu. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Below are screenshots showing access issue.

When you are logged in:
Users & Groups -> Group Assignments
Find Manage Quotes
Tick under her group
