Fatal error: Class 'Smarty_CMS' not found in /home1/ericwils

Hello,

Trying to move and upgrade my site to 1.11.11 using PHP 5.4 and receive the error:
Fatal error: Class 'Smarty_CMS' not found in /home1/ericwils/public_html/thebestac.com/lib/classes/class.CmsApp.php on line 394
Also, if I go to the admin page I get this error:
Fatal error: Class 'cms_cookies' not found in /home1/ericwils/public_html/thebestac.com/include.php on line 123

I'm not super technical but any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if more info is required.

Never mind going to do a fresh install
