News - How to go to prev or next news from Detailed Article

I am using CMSMS 1.11.11
Within this latest version of CMS Made Simple, how can we go to previous or next news from a news detail page, so that users don't have to go back to a main summary page to view other news items.

I'm willing to learn how to code via smarty if that is necessary...I just need a good starting point.

Don't remember that News has that although you could build a plugin or write a UDT to handle that.
