Getting Feedback Module To Email User

CMSMadeSimple is really a neat CMS. I am used to smarty and CMSMadeSimple allows me to move my old template over with little changes. I like it.

I am using Version 0.13 and has get it to work almost instantly. Now I need advice on using the Feedback module version 0.9.12.
No problem installing the CMSMailer and FeedbackForm. CMSMailer configured and test message sent out to external inbox successfully.

I am using Feedback module to collect emails. The user must submit his/her email in order to receive a link to download a free ebook.

1) How can I send this link to the user? (To verify the email)

2) How can I ensure that each email is not sent more than once? (To prevent abuse)

1) have the email sent to you or the admin of site and return a link to their email.... create page that is not shown in menu that has the downloadable on it...

2) keep track of the emails...
