Class CGExtensions not found-Problem
Re: Class CGExtensions not found-Problem
If Cart MS module was the module that caused this, and you don't have access to your backend, the only option it to browse the server files through FTP or SSH and rename the folder of that module, thus rendering it inactive.
Something like ModuleName to ModuleName_ would do.
That should be enough to regain control of the backend.

Typically no. The password for CMSMS admin is set by whoever installed it and/or administer it. FTP credentials are set by the hosting company and eventually may be changed by the client, or not. You would need to check your hosting info for details on the different credentials needed to access different services. If you can't find them you'll need to contact your hosting company.l2c wrote:Password for ftp is this same like for cmsadmin login?
