FCKeditorX not appearing in a new install

Hi,

I have a new install of canary.  In the pages the FCKEditor topbar is not appearing.  Instead in IE I am getting the word 'undefined' at the top of the box, in ff there is nothing.  There has been no difference to this install and others I have done.  In fact its on the same server.  The server is playing fine - everything else is loading as expected. 

I've cleared the Dbase and reinstalled - same problem as before.  I've also been into the FCK extension area and changed the menu to 'basic' to see if that appears - again nothing.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks!

Scratch that - for some reason it uploaded without the default toolbar set up.  I went to the FCKEditor site and hunted it down in their Wiki - pasted it in and it played fine!
