[fixed] Install. of unsupported modules results in error msg

I aware that almost all modules from the forge are not yet ready for version 2.0, however if you install any unsupported module within the module manager the admin will receive an error message like:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ModuleOperations::GetModuleHelp() in /public_html/lib/classes/class.CMSModule.php on line 478

This error message will remain unless you delete the sub folder of the just installed module via FTP.

My point is: Is a prior check possible, before an unsupported module will be installed that will ebentually crash the module manager?
