[SOLVED] Orders - input fields disappeared

[edited content] Module Orders does no longer create the input fields for providing name, address etc. Only the lables are displayed.

As far as I know latest Orders module uses completely other template variables than before to build the input elements.

Last week I needed to change those templates myself too because of that.

Have a look at a sample (prototype) template that comes with latest version to see how it is done now.
