MicroTiny not showing up

MicroTiny 1.2.6

When I go in to edit a page, there is no WYSIWYG editor

I downloaded and installed TinyMCE and get the same problem
all it shows is the code view
I have cleared the cache

I have no clue on what to do next

Did you set your WYSIWYG-editor under My Preferences?

My Preferences > User Preferences > Select WYSIWYG to use >

does it help when you check or uncheck "Use WYSIWYG editor" at the bottom left of the editor screen?
