I apologize if this a RTFM question, but I am new and could find any info through searching. Does the "Emailed Form 'From' Name" and the "Form 'From' Email Address" under Configuration report the submitter's information, or are we suppose to put our information in there. I have several different forms, but whenever I recieve them via email, they are all from the same person, the data thats reflected in those configuration boxes. What do most people set these to?

They're designed for you to put the information describing your web site.
That way, if you have multiple web sites, you can tell quickly which one's generating the email.
In FormBuilder, there are special fields you can use to capture the submitter's email address and "from name" if that's what you need.
