Hi guys,
Our site has lost the ability to login through FEU to access restricted pages, as far as I know no updates or amendments to the site had been made.
I have since upgraded FEU (1.23.3) and CG Extensions (1.38.1) in the hope that it might solve the problem, but all it has done is remove all the existing users.
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Chris

Re: FEU unable to login
What exactly does that mean? No login form displayed? Error message?lost the ability to login through FEU
Did you clear CMSMS cache after upgrade?

Re: FEU unable to login
Take a look in your modules: are all modules up-to-date; no module is marked in red because it needs upgrading?
Dit you clear the website cache?

Re: FEU unable to login
Hi all,
Yes, cleared cache and all modules are up to date.
To clarify, the login form is presented to the user on the page but when you enter your username and password nothing happens. Page reloads rather than redirects to the member's page.
Thanks,
Chris

Re: FEU unable to login
if you didn't set a page to go to after login, the page reloads and the login form disappears.

Re: FEU unable to login
Does anyone have any ideas please? Really struggling with this one, have tried reinstalling etc. without success.
Re: FEU unable to login
I'd have a look at the web server log files (access and error).
If you didn't change anything, something else did. Maybe the hosting provider enabled/change a module (mod_security?) or upgraded php.
