CG E-commerce is this possible

Hi I am trying to get the CG Shop to a working solution but two questions I cannot solve, can I

A
use shipping based on weight and have the ability to set "no shipping costs" when the product(s) are collected from the store

B
use Paypal and have the ability to use an invoice so I can have a choice between the 2

Any solution is OK.

Yes I think these can be done, default paypal gateway template has a manual check out link...
