But I don't see Navigator in my admin dropdown list on the left...- A new module for building navigations (Navigator)

I even used the new (and very nice) Admin Search.
I presume Navigator is one of the things rolled in to the new DesignManager. It's just that the announcement makes it sound like a separate module.
