I upgraded my site and now im getting these messages at the top of every page.

Notices aren't errors. Disable php error reporting (at least for notices) and probably the other warnings are gone too.

Right now my site has been upgraded to 1.9.4.3.

these errors are now displayed on my site. And i'm not sure how to fix it.
I feel like I need to upgrade my modules but i can't because Module Manager just keep displaying the error in my original post...
