allow editor access to FrontEndUsers module

allow editor access to FrontEndUsers module

Hi,
Is there a way to grant editors access to the FrontEndUsers module without having to make them an admin of the site? I only see the option 'Modify FrontEndUser Properties' when looking at group permissions. But I would like to give the editor access to creating FrontEndUsers users and passwords.
