A: CMSMS Does support users only being able to edit certain pages
1. Merely create the user and make sure that that user is not a member of any group that has other content editing permissions.
2. Assign the user as the owner or additional editor of the page(s) you would like them to be able to edit.
B: CMSMS does not support a content approval workflow.
