FEU Session Timeout

I noticed that the info for the Session Timeout setting in FEU does not explain what constitutes "activity". Can anyone define that for me?

That would be anything, such as looking at different pages etc., if they were to go to a specific page and stay there for X amount of time w/o any interaction in that time it will/should log them out...
