[SOLVED] ListIt2 - How to delete/remove Instance?

I got a little crazy testing out ListIt2 and made a few too many instances. I tried deleting the instance folder in the module folder, but the instance still shows up Content and under the ListIt2 module under Extensions. I couldn't find a "delete" button in the admin, am I missing it?

Each instance is module, so remove that module and that's it.
