Using CMSMS 1.11.10 and up to date modules

This page displays as it should:

Client says: "When I tick the View Filter box I get a white box with dots, and no means of changing the order of the list. I know that previously I could view the list in order of expiry date, ascending or descending, because I often do so; and I am sure I ought to be able to view in ascending or descending order of user name and create date. I also expect to see the email address. It offers email address in the box “Select additional properties to view” but no means of actually doing so."

The only template I customized was the Userlist where I added a date format.

I know what this page is supposed to look like from another of my sites. There must be a template or something I need to fix but I don't know which one it is that governs this page.

Fixed it this time. Problem was that although the other site I used as a model was the same version of CMSMS I had not got round to updating all the modules. Soon as I did that and copied over the template, it all worked. As far as I can see. Hope the Editor agrees!
