is stock keeping possible with options?

If I have a product with 10 pieces in stock and I have options
Like opt1 say 3 pieces, opt2 say 3 pieces, opt3 say 4 pieces.

How can I do inventory-keeping?

I can count down with orders on the total number, but I do not see how to do it on the number of products of a certain item.

Are you using the products module, which version, have you enable inventory option, is there one in the options..?

CMSMS 1.11.10
Products 2.20.1
Cart 1.10

Products with options and a field for the inventory.
For example product 1 - inventory 10 pieces
options
size 1 - 3 pieces
size 2 - 3 pieces
size 3 - 4 pieces

after an order the total get subtracted by 1 not the numbers for the options.

Where is "enable inventory option" I have not found it.
