Moving site to a new server - no css for admin

Hi,

I Just move our perfectly working site, that uses CMSMS (1.11.6) to a new hosting (godaddy). The front end is working fine but the admin looks as if it is missing the css (it is working but looks bad).
I don't want to delete modules since we are using them all.
Tried clearing the cache but it didn't help.
Any Ideas?

Yes: Post your system info.
Probably there is a php error somewhere either by PHP version conflict (most likelly) or a module misbehaving.
Please read this carefully and post as much info as possible.
