Formbuilder Forms crash on Submit

Hi,
thanks for making Formbuilder. I made some nice forms with it, it‘s really helpful.
But now I ran into serious problems and I don't know if they are related to this sticky thread on top of this forum.
I use FB 0.7.4 and CMSms 1.11.4. The system log shows no problems.
I made two forms for different websites at about six weeks ago (same provider, but different customers). They worked fine till recently, when my customers called me to report some failures. I tried the forms about six or seven times and indeed I found a least two crashing forms (about the same symptoms that my customers mentioned):
When I hit the submit button the form disappears, but the same page comes back looking completely broken like missing all css. It‘s just the text (like with minimal template).
No email sent, not going to the landing page.
I searched the forum and looked at the bug reports but couldn't find something similar.
I don't know if this fact is important: The two failing forms failed when I had gone to them on my iPad and my iPhone. The next attempts on iPhone and iPad were okay as were all my attempts on my mac (Safari).

Could anybody help? I am not sure where to look anymore. And help wouldbe greatly appreciated.

Use FormBuilder 0.7.3, as 0.7.4 is buggy and it's best to avoid it for the time being.
You can export existing forms as XML and import back after you remove 0.7.4 and install 0.7.3.
